Accused Admits Fatal Stabbing in Neumünster - Neumünster man on trial for fatal stabbing after cocaine debt dispute
A 39-year-old man from Neumünster is on trial for manslaughter at Kiel Regional Court. The trial, which began recently, involves the fatal stabbing of a 34-year-old man on May 9, 2025.
The defendant, who is accused of fatally stabbing the victim, admitted to being under the influence of alcohol, pills, and cocaine at the time of the incident. The trial heard that the victim had gone to the defendant's home with a woman and a hatchet, demanding money for a cocaine debt. The woman who accompanied the victim was identified on May 14, 2025.
The defendant testified that he stabbed the victim three times in the upper body after the victim threatened his fiancée and a neighbor. Tragically, the victim bled to death less than half an hour after the stabbing.
The trial is set to resume on November 19, with a verdict expected in January. The defendant's confession and the details of the incident have been presented in court. The outcome of the trial will be determined based on the evidence and testimonies presented.
