New Sheridan County veterinarian practice wins approval after public hearing

Sheridan County Commission has granted a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to Dr. James Bennett, allowing him to establish and operate a veterinarian practice in the PK Minor Subdivision. The approval came after a public hearing where conditions were agreed upon by both parties.

The CUP permits a use not typically allowed in the district. It was approved with specific conditions set by the board of county commissioners. Dr. Bennett, the applicant, has expressed satisfaction with the agreed conditions. The new veterinarian practice will provide vital services to the local equine community, filling a gap in the area's veterinary care.

The Sheridan County Commission's approval of the CUP paves the way for Dr. James Bennett to set up his equine veterinarian practice in the PK Minor Subdivision. The practice will commence operations subject to the agreed conditions, enriching the local veterinary landscape.
