New Transport Hub Coming to Nizhny Novgorod by 2030
A new transport hub is set to be constructed in the Verkhnye Pechersky district of Nizhny Novgorod by 2030. The hub, needed due to the annexation of the Kstovsky district, will provide convenient transfers for passengers traveling to Kstovo. The project has been agreed with the Ministry of Transport of the Nizhny Novgorod region and will be funded by a private investor, Vladimir Potanin.
The hub will be strategically located at the intersection of Bogdanovich Street and the Kazan Highway. It will feature two bus turnaround areas to facilitate smooth traffic flow, along with dedicated passenger pickup and drop-off zones for added convenience. The construction of this hub is a significant step towards improving public transport infrastructure in the region.
With the hub expected to be operational by 2030, it promises to enhance connectivity and accessibility for residents and visitors alike. The private investment by Vladimir Potanin, coupled with the regional ministry's support, underscores the commitment to developing Nizhny Novgorod's transportation network.
