Nizhny Novgorod Boosts Civic Engagement: Election Commission & Libraries Collaborate
Venira Shekhmametyeva, a key figure in the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Election Commission, recently participated in a significant event aimed at boosting civic engagement and legal awareness. The roundtable, hosted by the V.I. Lenin Central City Library, brought together local election commission members and library staff to discuss the importance of these initiatives.
Shekhmametyeva, who heads the regional election commission's administrative department, emphasized the significance of the All-Russian Competition for Regional and Municipal Library Staff, organized by Russia’s Central Election Commission.
