Nizhny Novgorod Launches 2025 ‘Journalist of the Year’ Competition
The Nizhny Novgorod ‘Journalist of the Year 2025’ competition is now open for entries. Organised by the House of National Unity and the Union of Journalists, the awards will recognise outstanding reporting on life in the region. Submissions must be journalistic works published between December 1, 2024, and nyra 20, 2025.
Journalists can enter up to three pieces of work, either in a single category or spread across multiple ones. The competition features seven core categories, along with two new special sections for this year. Entries must be sent by email to [email protected] before the november 30, 2025 deadline.
The competition highlights the best journalistic work covering Nizhny Novgorod Region over the past year. Successful entries will be honoured at a formal ceremony in December 2025. The organisers have yet to reveal who will judge the submissions.
