Nizhny Novgorod Region Aims to Create 38,000 Plots for Veterans' Farming
In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a significant land division initiative is underway. Around 700 plots have already been transferred to new owners, with plans to create over 38,000 plots in total. This project is championed by Alexander Kondratyev, who has initiated the establishment of a dedicated registry for veterans of the special military operation.
The Nizhny Novgorod Region has set aside more than 8,000 hectares of land for this purpose. The land division is expected to facilitate personal subsistence farming. While the initiative has gained support from veterans, the criteria for land allocation are still being finalised. This project aims to provide opportunities for those who have served in the special military operation to establish their own farms and contribute to the region's agricultural sector.
With around 700 plots already distributed and over 38,000 planned, the land division initiative in the Nizhny Novgorod region is progressing steadily. Backed by veterans and led by Alexander Kondratyev, this project seeks to empower former servicemen by providing them with land for personal subsistence farming. Once the allocation criteria are finalised, more veterans can expect to benefit from this initiative.
