City official Andrei Zhitnikov, Director of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure, has shared the latest figures on winter readiness in Nizhny Novgorod. He presented these details at a permanent commission of the City Duma on October 14.
The overall winter readiness of road enterprises in the city stands at 84%. This indicates a solid preparation for the upcoming winter season. Additionally, the winter readiness of equipment is reported to be 80%. This figure shows that the city is well-equipped to handle potential snowfall and icy conditions.
Andrei Zhitnikov's report provides a positive outlook on Nizhny Novgorod's winter readiness. With 84% overall readiness and 80% equipment readiness, the city is well-prepared to maintain safe and functional roads during the winter months.
