These public pages serve a wide range of purposes. Nizhny Novgorod Governor Gleb Nikitin has launched his own public channel on Russia’s national messenger, MAX. A chatbot for the city's Multifunctional Centers (MFCs) has been operational on MAX since September 1, providing residents with quick and easy access to services. The platform has integrated the Sferum educational platform and completed integration with the GosKey digital identity system, expanding its functionality.

MAX publishes 30,000 posts weekly, keeping residents informed about pressing matters. Every second resident of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast follows these social media groups and channels, indicating their importance in daily life. One unexpected use of these pages was demonstrated by a woman from Crimea, who used them to trace her family history.
