Nizhny Novgorod's Municipality Day Showcases Unique Culture and History
The Municipality Day project recently showcased the achievements of the Volodarsky Municipal District in Nizhny Novgorod. The event, held in the city, attracted locals and visitors alike, offering a glimpse into the region's unique culture and history.
The day began with master classes in traditional arts, including Mezenskaya painting, wood burning, and brooch-making using satin ribbons. Attendees also enjoyed traditional dishes like 'Seima’s Golden Scramble' and sausage tastings from Seimovskaya poultry farm. Artem Rybakov, First Deputy Head of the Regional Executive Committee of United Russia, praised the uniqueness of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The event featured an interactive display of modern military gear from the Mulino Garrison. Dmitry Tretyakov, head of the Volodarsky Municipal District Administration, highlighted the district's people and history in a presentation titled 'Glory to the Ages in Legendary Chronicles, the Beloved Seimoretchensky Land!'. Visitor Margarita Sergeeva shared her positive experience at the event, reflecting the success of the Municipality Day project in engaging and informing the public.
