Nizhny Novgorod’s young talents shine at Russia’s top skills competition
The All-Russian Professional Skills Competition recently announced its winners, with notable achievements from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The Youth and Children national project aims to foster talent and potential among young people, and this competition is a testament to that. Over 3,000 applications were submitted nationwide, with 208 coming from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The competition comprised two stages: a remote round and an in-person final at the Senezh Management Workshop in Moscow. The results were announced on November 7. Nikita Tarasov from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast secured first place in the Time of the Professionals: Youth Engagement Technologies category. In the Enterprise/Agency Team category, Tatiana Samodurova, Olga Glushchenko, and Natalya Kazakova claimed third place. Meanwhile, Maria Boldyreva, Maxim Tsvetkov, and Yelena Tereshina earned second place in the Youth Center Team category. Nikita Kurlykov placed third in the Paving the Way for Youth: Talent Management and Potential Development in Companies and Agencies category. Olga Istratova took third in the Leading the Way/First: Developing Children’s and Youth Groups category. In total, nine participants from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast were awarded prizes. The All-Russian Professional Skills Competition has highlighted the talent and dedication of young people from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Their achievements reflect the success of the Youth and Children national project in creating opportunities for children to develop their skills and fulfill their potential.
