A Year Missing - Police Continue Search for Woman from Noer - Noer Woman's Disappearance in 2025 Sparks Foul Play Suspicions
A 43-year-old woman from Noer has been missing since March 2025. She was last seen on the 21st of that month, and police now suspect foul play. Despite extensive searches, her disappearance remains unsolved.
The woman's husband reported her missing shortly after she vanished. Authorities later arrested him as a suspect, but a judge refused to issue an arrest warrant. Police have not ruled out his involvement but continue to treat the case as an active missing persons investigation.
Large-scale searches have taken place in Felder Holz and around Westensee. Officers have combed the areas repeatedly, yet no significant clues have emerged. The case was also featured on *Aktenzeichen XY… Ungelöst* and *Schleswig-Holstein Magazin*, urging the public to share any information. Investigators believe she did not leave voluntarily. While most missing persons cases in Rendsburg-Eckernförde are resolved quickly, this one remains open. Over the past five years, the district has recorded around 150–200 missing persons reports, with over 90% solved within days or weeks. However, cases involving suspected foul play, like this one, are rare—only two or three in the same period.
Police are still appealing for witnesses or anyone with details to come forward. The investigation continues, with no signs of the case going cold. Authorities remain focused on uncovering what happened to the missing woman.
