Nuremberg to Host Elite Summit Merging AI and Economic Leadership in 2026
A new high-level summit is set to launch in Nuremberg next year. The BIG BANG Nuremberg Management Summit (BIG BANG NMS) will bring together top executives, academics, and policymakers on June 11, 2026. The event marks a collaboration between the BIG BANG AI FESTIVAL and the established Nuremberg Management Summit, blending innovation with economic expertise.
The partnership aims to merge the BIG BANG AI FESTIVAL's broad community with the economic policy and academic strengths of the Nuremberg Management Summit. Under the theme 'Germany and Europe as Business Hubs: Moving Forward by Looking Back. Living Values. Shaping Change,' the summit will focus on strategic insights and leadership.
Around 50 leading figures from business, society, and academia will join 150 carefully selected executives. Confirmed participants include Dr. Markus Söder, Dr. Roland Busch, Katrin Adt, Isabel Knauf, and Heike Freund. The event is organised under the leadership of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Evi Hartmann from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg's School of Business, Economics, and Society. Designed as an exclusive gathering, the summit will take place at FAU's campus. Tickets start at €800, and the findings will be shared via the DUP UNTERNEHMER media platform, which reaches 300,000 subscribers.
The BIG BANG NMS promises a focused exchange on Europe's economic future. Key discussions will involve decision-makers shaping policy and innovation. The summit's outcomes will be widely distributed, ensuring broad impact beyond the event itself.
