Offenbach for All unveils 27 candidates for 2026 local elections

The voter association Offenbach for All (Ofa) has announced its candidate list for the 2026 local elections. After gathering the necessary signatures in just a few weeks, the group finalised a slate of 27 nominees—all reportedly approved unanimously. The list also includes ten candidates for the city’s Foreigners’ Advisory Council election.

Topping the list are Dr. Annette Schaper-Herget and Helge Herget, both experienced opposition members on Offenbach’s city council. The pair have served in the role for five years and now lead Ofa’s campaign.

The association collected the required supporting signatures shortly after launching the process. With all 27 nominees receiving full approval, Ofa now prepares for the 2026 elections. The group’s focus on varied representation and quick mobilisation sets the stage for its campaign.
