Urgent Emergency Works Taking Place in Yakutsk on July 31st

On July 31st, urgent emergency works will be conducted in the city of Yakutsk by Central Electric Networks specialists. These works are part of a series of urgent emergency works aimed at preventing technological disruptions on energy facilities.

The affected areas include Nagornaya, Studencheskaya (partially), SOT Ptitsevod Khor, Ytyk-Kuel (partially), Pticzafabrika district (partially), KIZ ZhSK Tuimada, Tuimada 38/1, as well as other locations such as mkr. Ytyk-Kuel, Sergelehskoe sh. 10 km, Sergelehskoe sh. 11-12 km, Belyichiy lane; Bilibina 3-77, Okruzhnaya dor. 1-53, Longinova 72/8a, DSPK Gоризонт, DSK Sport-2, SOT Byiang, DSK Pobeda, Victoria, DSK Zarya, Gresovskaya, Rassvetnaya, Odykh shosse, Sputnik-1, Viluyskiy tr. 5 km 5/2, 5/3, Viluyskiy tr. 6 km 11/1g, 11/1, 11/2, B-5, mkr. Borisovka-3 d. 11, Khatin-Yuryakhskoe sh. 9 km d. 53D, 54/1, Uustakh Izbeкова 6/1.

In accordance with paragraph 31(6) of section II of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861, an electricity consumer is obliged to maintain an autonomous backup power source. This backup power source should be in a state of readiness for use in case of unscheduled outages, emergency restrictions on the consumption of electrical energy, or use of anti-accident automation.

Network organizations are not liable for the consequences resulting from a consumer's failure to comply with these requirements. These consequences may include damage to equipment, threats to life and health, environmental safety, and/or state security, significant material damage, and/or irreversible (impermissible) disruptions to continuous production processes.
