Oman to offer visa-free entry for Filipino tourists starting 2026
Oman will allow Filipino tourists to enter without a visa from 2026. The move aims to strengthen ties between the two nations while boosting visitor numbers. Travellers from the Philippines will be able to stay for up to two weeks visa-free.
The announcement came from Oman’s Ambassador to the Philippines, Nasser Said Abdullah Al Manwari. He confirmed the new policy during a recent statement. The decision forms part of Oman’s wider strategy to attract more investment, trade, and tourism.
The policy will take effect in 2026, allowing Filipinos to explore Oman without visa restrictions. The two-week visa-free period is expected to make short trips more accessible. Officials anticipate stronger economic and cultural connections as a result.
