A memorial service for Viktor Shreider, the former mayor of Omsk, will take place on March 12, 2023. The ceremony will honour the 74-year-old, remembered by his family as a deeply kind and caring man. His final public appearance as mayor was in October 2017, when he handed over his duties to Sergey Voronov.
Viktor Shreider's farewell ceremony will be held at the Regional Center for Social and Public Organizations. The event is scheduled from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by his burial at the Old Northern Memorial Cemetery.
