Over 150 Protest in Nörvenich Against Nuclear Weapons Stationing
Over 150 people gathered in Nörvenich near Düren today, protesting against the stationing of nuclear weapons in the weapons movie. The demonstration, organized by more than 30 peace movement groups, called for the withdrawal of all weapons from Germany.

The demonstration, held on October 11, 2025, saw a broad coalition of peace organizations, including FriedensGruppe Düren and the initiative 'weaponsfrei jetzt', come together. They praised the current peace plan in the Middle East between Israel and the Palestinians, contrasting it with the tension caused by weapons. A spokesperson for the demonstration emphasized the need for all weapons in Germany to be withdrawn.
