Over 60 Innovative Projects Presented at Youth Normative Congress in Nizhny Novgorod
Over 90 young participants gathered in Nizhny Novgorod on October 13 for the Youth Normative Congress. They presented more than 60 legislative projects, covering diverse areas like education, healthcare, urban planning, and ecology. The projects were evaluated by experts based on innovation, feasibility, and social impact.
Yevgeny Lyulin, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, praised the high interest and readiness of the region's youth to participate in its development. He noted that such forums help form a personnel reserve and give young people a real influence on the region's future.
Projects ranged from mandatory construction of social infrastructure like kindergartens, schools, and clinics before handing over housing, to supporting student families and developing bioenergy. Each project presented has a rational core and will be considered by relevant committees for potential refinement in a legislative manner.
