Overnight Berlin apartment fire injures three and forces evacuations
A fire broke out overnight in an apartment on Stephanstraße in Berlin’s Moabit district. Three men were injured and taken to hospitals for treatment. The blaze prompted emergency services to close Stephanstraße between Rathenower Straße and Havelberger Straße. Residents of the apartment building were temporarily evacuated while firefighters tackled the flames. The street has since reopened, and residents have returned to their homes. Investigators continue to examine the scene for clues. Authorities have not yet released further details about the incident.
