Paul-Riebeck Foundation opens new Customer and Service Center in Halle
The Paul-Riebeck Foundation has launched its first Customer and Service Center in Halle and the surrounding area. The new facility acts as a single point of contact for anyone seeking care support from the foundation. Clients can now access help more easily through a dedicated team.
The center is located at Beesener Straße 15 and operates from Monday to Friday, opening at 9:00 AM each day. It offers a full range of services, including residential care, day-care, outpatient support, counselling, and general assistance. A key goal is to simplify processes, cut waiting times, and make care more accessible.
Doreen Lettow leads the Customer and Service Center, overseeing the coordination of services for elderly and disabled care. Her team works directly with clients to find tailored solutions for their needs. For enquiries, the center can be reached by phone at 0345 1510 444 or via email at [email protected]. The foundation aims to provide faster, more efficient support through this centralised approach.
The new center consolidates the foundation’s services under one roof. Clients now have a straightforward way to access care, with personalised guidance from a dedicated team. The initiative reflects the foundation’s commitment to improving support for those in need.
