Peace Light from Bethlehem Shines Bright in St. Ingbert’s Town Hall
A delegation from the Rohrbach Scouts has delivered the Peace Light from Bethlehem to St. Ingbert's town hall. The annual tradition brings a symbol of hope to the community, with Mayor Ulli Meyer welcoming the gesture as a meaningful reminder of peace.
The DPSG Rohrbach Saar Scout Group presented the flame to Mayor Ulli Meyer in a small ceremony. For years, local scouting organisations—including the Rohrbach Scouts, VCP, DPSG, and BdP—have carried the light from Bethlehem to St. Ingbert.
The Peace Light now stands in St. Ingbert's town hall as a visible symbol of unity. The tradition, upheld by local scouts, continues to reinforce the town's commitment to peace and solidarity each year.
