It aims to recognise contributions to cultural heritage while strengthening regional connections.

The festival is hosted at Pervouralsk’s Innovation Cultural Center, with backing from the Sverdlovsk Region Ministry of Culture. It aligns with Russia’s national Family project, focusing on volunteerism in arts, museums, and heritage preservation.

The event highlights the role of volunteers in preserving cultural heritage and fostering professional networks. Winners of the Goodwill and Kindness competition will be revealed, alongside project presentations from across the country.
