PM Modi to launch four new Vande Bharat Express trains on November 8
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate four new Vande Bharat Express trains on November 8, 2025, in Varanasi. These modern trains aim to reduce travel time significantly and connect major destinations across India.
Among the new routes, the Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat will cut travel time by over 2 hours, completing the journey in 8 hours and 40 minutes. The Banaras-Khajuraho Vande Bharat will save about 2 hours and 40 minutes, connecting major religious and cultural sites. The Lucknow-Saharanpur Vande Bharat will reduce travel time by nearly 1 hour, covering the journey in approximately 7 hours and 45 minutes. Notably, the Firozpur-Delhi Vande Bharat will be the fastest on its route, completing the trip in just 6 hours and 40 minutes.
The introduction of these Vande Bharat Express trains promises improved connectivity and reduced travel time between key cities. The initiative aligns with the government's goal of enhancing India's railway infrastructure and passenger experience.
