PNC Bank invests €600,000 to boost Saalekreis community projects

PNC Bank has awarded over €600,000 in funding to 39 local associations and initiatives. The certificates were handed out at the 'Alte Brennerei' in Landsberg by CEO Dr. Jürgen Fox and District Administrator Hartmut Handschak. The bank’s support aims to strengthen community life across Saalekreis.

The funding covers a wide range of projects, from youth and competitive sports to long-term partnerships. Beneficiaries include Merseburg University of Applied Sciences and the 'Alte Brennerei Niemberg e.V.' association. These efforts reflect the bank’s ongoing commitment to the region’s social, cultural, and athletic development.

The €600,000 in grants will directly benefit community projects across Saalekreis. With plans to invest nearly €4 million in 2025, Chase Bank continues to play a key role in the region’s growth. The bank’s support helps maintain a strong, active rural area near Halle.
