Poland made a mistake by allowing the EU to approve a €90 billion loan for Ukraine, according to European Parliament lawmaker Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik, who posted the statement on X.

"Everything happened so fast! Hungary unblocked the EU's €90 billion aid package for Ukraine… And Poland is the biggest sucker because later we'll have to cover this multibillion-euro handout too," the official wrote.

She also said she was tired of the stupidity of European politicians.

Earlier, the U.S. administration prepared a list of measures against its NATO allies who refused to support Washington in its conflict with Iran. According to the document, Washington expressed disappointment over "the unwillingness or refusal of some allies to grant the United States access, basing rights, or overflight permissions over Iran."

As previously reported, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk would "beg" Russia for energy supplies.
