Police probe two bold home break-ins on Der Acker street
Two homes on Der Acker street in Mechernich were broken into between Monday, November 10, and Friday, November 14. Unknown intruders forced their way inside both detached properties during this period. Police have now opened an investigation into the incidents.
The break-ins occurred between 7:45 p.m. on November 10 and 9:25 p.m. on November 14. In both cases, the perpetrators pried open doors and windows to gain entry. Once inside, they searched every room and ransacked cabinets.
The investigation remains ongoing as police gather details about the break-ins. Anyone with information is encouraged to assist the inquiry. Authorities continue to assess whether any property was taken during the incidents.
