Potsdam Customs Office moves to Babelsberg’s historic Paradome site
The main customs office in Potsdam is relocating to a new site in Babelsberg, starting November 14, 2025. Christiane Ullrich, the press spokesperson, has announced the move, which may cause temporary phone disruptions. The new location is at Wetzlarer Straße 90, 14482 Potsdam. Email inquiries can be sent to [email protected] throughout the process. Phone availability will be limited from November 14 through December 4, with minor disruptions continuing until December 17. The relocation will not impact news offices in Ludwigsfelde and Velten, clearance stations in Brandenburg an der Havel and Neuruppin, or operations at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). Media inquiries should be directed to Christiane Ullrich at [email protected] or via the official website www.zoll.de. The new 'Paradome' industrial heritage site in Babelsberg will house the relocated Potsdam Customs Office.
