Pratik Gandhi joins TimbuckDo as Chief Bro Officer to mentor students
TimbuckDo Innovations Pvt. Ltd. has named actor Pratik Gandhi as its brand ambassador. The appointment follows a successful pitch on the business reality show Ideabaaz, where the two sides first connected. Gandhi will take on the role of Chief Bro Officer (CBO), symbolising mentorship and trust for the platform's student users. The collaboration began after a compelling interaction between TimbuckDo's founders and Gandhi on Ideabaaz. Mythri Kumar and Apoorv Sharma, who lead the company, later expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. They highlighted Gandhi's ability to connect with students as a guiding 'big brother' figure.
TimbuckDo currently has around 5 lakh registered students, up from 2 lakh at the time of their *Ideabaaz* appearance. Data-driven tests confirmed that Gandhi's involvement boosted engagement, recall, and trust in the platform. His role is designed to strengthen these areas further. Gandhi himself stated that he supports TimbuckDo's mission to build confidence and provide direction to students. The company operates as a two-sided platform, focusing on employer partnerships, student onboarding, and brand development. This partnership aims to deepen its position as a link between students and India's on-demand job market.
The brand ambassador appointment comes as TimbuckDo seeks to expand its influence in India's gig economy. Gandhi's involvement is expected to enhance student participation and reinforce the platform's credibility. The company continues to focus on bridging the gap between young job seekers and employers.
