President Tokayev Inaugurates New Facilities, Inspects Projects in Kyzylorda Region
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev recently concluded a working visit to Kyzylorda Region, where he inaugurated several new facilities and inspected ongoing projects.
Tokayev's visit commenced at the newly completed Korkyt Ata International Airport terminal. He then proceeded to the Kyzylorda Regional History Museum, which opened its doors this summer. The museum, housing around 70,000 artifacts across 12 themed halls, showcases archaeology, ethnography, and Kazakhstan’s rich history.
Later, Tokayev visited the 'Syr Zholdyzdary' Creative and Innovation Academy, where he interacted with young talents. His cultural tour continued at the Arts Center, where he witnessed a performance by the regional symphonic orchestra.
The President also inspected several investment projects, including a ceramic tile factory, a greenhouse complex, a solid waste processing plant, and a glass bottle manufacturing facility. These projects aim to boost the region's economy and create jobs.
Tokayev's visit concluded with a tour of the new 11,000-seat college football stadium in Kyzylorda, constructed by the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
During his visit, Tokayev inaugurated and inspected various projects, demonstrating the government's commitment to infrastructure development, cultural growth, and economic diversification in the Kyzylorda Region.
