Prince Andrew shuts down his final business ventures for good

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is closing down his last major business ventures, including Pitch@Palace Global Ltd. The move marks another step back from public and commercial activities for the former prince. Two of his linked companies have now filed for dissolution within days of each other.

Pitch@Palace Global Ltd, the international arm of the entrepreneur support network, has applied to be struck off the Companies House register. Its UK division had already shut down in 2021, but the global branch continued operating until now. Financial records show its cash reserves shrank dramatically, falling from £220,990 to just £10,965 by March 2025.

The dissolution of Pitch@Palace Global and Innovate Global Ltd removes two of the last remaining business connections for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Both companies are now set to be officially struck off the register. The move leaves him with no active commercial entities under his control.
