Prismat debuts AI-driven logistics and SAP SCM innovations at LogiMAT 2025

Prismat GmbH is unveiling a fresh service package to help businesses design and roll out complete logistics strategies. The company is also demonstrating its latest innovations at LogiMAT in Stuttgart this week. Among the highlights is a collaboration with Fraunhofer IML on automated vehicle management and iCloud-based logistics solutions.

At the event, Prismat is presenting its full SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) portfolio. This includes tools like SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Transportation Management, and SAP Business Network. The firm is also showcasing the new SAP Logistics Management cloud solution, which aims to digitise intralogistics with scalable, integrated processes.

A key attraction is the 'Aulis' exhibit, developed with Fraunhofer IML. It features automated guided vehicle control and fleet management, supported by a digital twin of processes and vehicles. Prismat's own SAPUI5-based 'Visual Warehouse' application powers this simulation.

The company is further addressing migration to SAP S/4HANA, offering preconfigured solutions from its prismat/RAKETE suite. These tools help standardise implementations and reduce complexity. Business intelligence options, such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud, are also on display, alongside AI-driven use cases in S/4HANA SCM.

Prismat is highlighting real-world success stories to demonstrate its solutions. These include optimising a German automotive supplier's supply chain in 2024, improving production planning for a Swiss pharmaceutical firm in 2025, and enabling sustainability tracking for a northern German food discounter in 2025. Each case uses digital twins and SAP SCM tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.

The new service package and demonstrations aim to help companies streamline logistics operations and eliminate data silos. Prismat's solutions provide end-to-end process analysis, ensuring full visibility across warehouses and systems. Businesses attending LogiMAT can explore these innovations firsthand at the company's exhibition stand.
