Productsup raises $70M to fuel global growth and P2C innovation

Berlin-based software company Productsup has secured $70 million (€65 million) in Series B funding. The investment round was led by Bregal Milestone, with support from existing backer Nordwind Capital. The funds will drive growth in product development, partnerships, and global expansion.

Founded in 2010, Productsup specialises in product-to-consumer (P2C) software. Its SaaS platform helps brands, retailers, and marketplaces manage product data across channels. Clients include major names like IKEA, Sephora, and ALDI, with over 900 brands using the service.

The platform processes more than two trillion product updates each month. This scale supports long-term business success by ensuring smooth data flow across different technologies and sales channels.

Bregal Milestone joins forces with Nordwind Capital, which first invested in Productsup in 2017. Nordwind retains a majority stake in the company, which now employs over 250 people. The new funding will also explore potential mergers and acquisitions to further strengthen its market position.

The $70 million injection will accelerate Productsup's plans for innovation and expansion. With a strong client base and a high-volume platform, the company aims to solidify its role in the P2C software sector. The partnership between Bregal Milestone and Nordwind Capital will support these efforts moving forward.
