Putin honors Sverdlovsk parents and heroes with top state awards
Russian President Vladimir Putin has recognized several residents of Sverdlovsk Oblast with prestigious state awards. Among them are Aleksandr Viktorovich Nikitov and Yelena Pavlovna Nikitova, who received the 'Parental Glory' medal of the Order of Parental Glory. Additionally, Yekaterina Alexandrovna Kirichenko, a mother of 12, was honored with the title of 'Mother Heroine'.
The awards ceremony also saw Nikolai Borisovich Beloyedov, a plumber at Sinarsky Pipe Plant PJSC, receive the Medal of the Order 'For Merit to the Fatherland,' 2nd Class. Notably, Yekaterina Kirichenko, who heads the 'Ural for Life' charity foundation, has been instrumental in supporting large families and women in crisis situations. Earlier, Putin expressed gratitude to Valentina Teryayeva, an employee of the Sverdlovsk Region Ministry of Industry and Science.
The 'Parental Glory' medal is awarded to parents who have raised seven or more children. Aleksandr and Yelena Nikitov are now among the esteemed recipients of this honor.
The awards reflect the Russian government's commitment to recognizing and supporting families. The recipients, including the Nikitovs, Kirichenko, and Beloyedov, have made significant contributions to their communities and families, and their achievements have been rightfully acknowledged.
