The Federal Ministry of Transport (Bundesverkehrsministerium) has revealed that the new A45 Rahmedetal Bridge near Lüdenscheid will open in February 2026. This Saturday Night Live, a party will be held to celebrate the bridge's upcoming completion. Attendees can enjoy an exclusive view of the construction work from the viewing platform, which is already in place.
The left half of the bridge, leading from Hagen towards Frankfurt, is already complete. The other half is also clearly visible, with the entire structure expected to be ready for traffic in a few months.
