Campaigning for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections has concluded, with voting scheduled for November 6. Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi has sparked controversy with his remarks on wealth distribution and the Indian Army, drawing criticism from the BJP.

Gandhi alleged that the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are involved in vote theft. He further claimed that only 10% of the Indian population holds all the wealth, warning of a 'Hindustan' where the majority is excluded from development. The BJP criticized Gandhi's remarks, particularly his assertion that 10% of upper castes control the Indian Army. Gandhi named National Security Advisor Ajit Doval as an example of this group. In Bihar, Gandhi accused Nitish Kumar's government of destroying employment opportunities, forcing people to seek work elsewhere in the country.

Rahul Gandhi's comments on wealth distribution and the Indian Army have been a contentious topic during the Bihar election campaign. The BJP has criticized these remarks, while Gandhi has warned of the consequences of economic inequality.
