Raisina Dialogue 2026 Unites 110 Nations to Tackle AI, Climate, and Geopolitics
The 11th Raisina Dialogue took place in New Delhi from March 5 to 7, 2026. Organised by the Observer Research Foundation and the Ministry of External Affairs, the conference brought together leaders, military commanders, and industry experts from 110 countries. This year’s theme, 'Saṃskāra - Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement', set the tone for discussions on pressing global issues. Finland’s President Alexander Stubb attended as the Chief Guest. The event centred on six key pillars: Disputed Borders, Rebuilding Common Resources, Agenda 2030, Climate & Conflict, Technology-Driven Society, and Trade in a Protectionist Era. Participants explored ways to navigate a polycentric world while addressing challenges in AI governance, semiconductor supply chains, and economic resilience.
The *Raisina Science Diplomacy Initiative* was another major focus. Delegates examined how civilisational values—such as asserting identity, accommodating diversity, and advancing collectively—could shape international relations. Discussions also covered geopolitical strategy, climate-related conflicts, and the role of technology in modern societies. With representatives from governments, militaries, and industries, the dialogue aimed to foster cooperation on shared global challenges. The three-day event reinforced the need for structured approaches in an increasingly complex world.
The 2026 Raisina Dialogue concluded with a focus on civilisational tools for managing international relations. Over 110 countries contributed to debates on geopolitics, AI, and economic stability.
