Redcare overhauls supervisory board with health and digital expertise

Redcare has announced major changes to its supervisory board. Three new members have been nominated, while three long-serving directors will depart. The reshuffle brings in fresh expertise from health, digital strategy, and corporate scaling.

Anja Hendel, Max Müller, and Peter Schmid von Linstow are set to join the board. Hendel specialises in digital strategy, technology governance, and organisational transformation. Müller, currently Senior Vice President and Head of Global Public Affairs at Bayer, offers decades of experience in regulated health. Schmid von Linstow is a strategist known for helping companies expand.

Meanwhile, Björn Söder, Jérôme Cochet, and Jaska de Bakker will leave their positions. Michael Köhler, the company's founder, is poised to take over as chairman from Söder. Co-founder Stephan Weber will continue serving on the board.

The new appointments bring diverse skills to Redcare's leadership. Hendel's digital expertise, Müller's health background, and Schmid von Linstow's scaling experience will shape the board's direction. The changes follow a planned transition, with Köhler stepping into the chairman role.
