Region Sees 1% Rise in Jobs for People with Disabilities
The region has seen a significant rise in job opportunities for people with disabilities, with over 12,300 vacancies posted from January to September. This marks a 1% increase from the same period last year, reflecting a positive trend towards workplace inclusion.
The sales and customer service sector leads with 4,400 positions, followed by administrative roles with 1,700 and marketing and PR with 1,600. Interestingly, manual labor roles also make up 1,300 job listings, with sports clubs, fitness centers, and beauty salons being the main employers in this category with 1,200 vacancies.
Average salaries vary by sector. Administrative personnel earn around 150,800 rubles, while manual laborers make 123,200 rubles. Household and support staff earn 147,600 rubles, and transport and logistics workers make 153,000 rubles. However, the three sectors where the average wages of employees with disabilities exceed 200,000 rubles are not specified.
Construction and real estate offer 800 openings, while tourism, hospitality, and restaurants provide 600. Household and support staff roles account for 2,600 openings, and transport and logistics offer another 2,600 vacancies. Krasnodar is the city with the highest number of vacancies, with nearly 6,000, followed by Sochi with around 1,700.
