Russia trains 69 conscripts in Syktyvkar ahead of autumn 2025 draft
In Syktyvkar, Russia, 69 young people have completed military training ahead of conscription, with 59 specializing as Category C vehicle operators and 3 as Category CE operators. This training, conducted at the local branch of DOSAAF Russia, was part of the Syktyvkar Municipal Defense and Emergency Response program aimed at fulfilling the military commissariat's quota.
The training program, which took place in the context of Russia's partial mobilization and political developments following the start of the war in Ukraine, was organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Regional Public Affairs Office of the Republic of Komi, and local administrations. The young people received military specializations including tactical training, weapons handling, medical basics, and political education. All targets for the number of conscripts to be trained were met.
The successful completion of the military training program in Syktyvkar ensures that the required number of conscripts for the autumn 2025 draft have been prepared. The military commissariat has fulfilled its task, and the trained individuals are now eligible for military service in accordance with their newly acquired specializations.
