Russian Lawmaker Proposes Housing, Education, and Legal Aid for Latvians' Russian-Speaking Citizens
Russian State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin has proposed a series of measures to support Russian-speaking citizens affected by Latvia's policies. Zatulin, who represents the United Russia party, seeks temporary and permanent social housing, primarily in the Pskov region, for these individuals.
