Over 50 young managers and public activists from across Russia gathered in Nizhny Novgorod on November 12 and 13 for the All-Russian Forum 'GOSSTART'. The forum, held at the Legislative Assembly venue and the 'KUPNO.START' space, focused on motivation, career growth, and support measures for those involved in the special military operation. This year's edition followed a successful event in October 2023, also attended by Chairman Lyulin.
During the sessions, Lyulin took questions from the young participants, fostering a dialogue on the forum's key topics. The attendees, hailing from over 40 regions, brought diverse perspectives to the discussions.
