S&P MidCap 400 reshuffle: Sterling Infrastructure replaces Light & Wonder in November 2025

Sterling Infrastructure Inc. (NASD: STRL) is set to replace Light & Wonder Inc. (NASD: LNW) in the S&P MidCap 400 on November 13, 2025, while Red Rock Resorts Inc. (NASD: RRR) will take STRL's place in the S&P SmallCap 600 on the same date. Meanwhile, Light & Wonder Inc. is expected to delist from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and transition to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The changes are part of a larger rebalancing of the S&P indices. Sterling Infrastructure Inc. will be removed from the S&P SmallCap 600 on November 13, 2025, to make way for Red Rock Resorts Inc. This move comes as Light & Wonder Inc. is set to be delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and will maintain its sole primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from the same date.
