Salisbury Township Residents Invited to Public Hearings on Proposed Projects
Salisbury Township residents are invited to upcoming public hearings to discuss several proposed projects seeking special exceptions and variances. The hearings, scheduled for late October, will cover a range of developments, from fast-food restaurants to agricultural uses and industrial operations.
On Monday, October 27, at 6:00 PM, the first hearing will take place. Andrew Wanner is seeking a special exception and variance to exceed residential accessory building area and locate an addition within minimum setback at 6273 Main Street, Honey Brook. Simultaneously, Village at Gap Associates, Inc. aims to establish a fast-food restaurant with drive-thru in an existing building at 5360 Lincoln Highway, Gap. David Beiler, meanwhile, is requesting a variance to grow and sell flowers on a residential property at 806 Churchtown Road, Narvon.
The following day, on Tuesday, October 28, at 6:00 PM, the second hearing will commence. Kellsie K. Davis, representing Neighborhood Family Wellness, is seeking modifications to increase practitioners and employees, potentially not meeting minimum parking requirements, at 100 Springhead Road, Suite 1, Gap. Daniel F. Stoltzfus is also requesting a special exception and variance to establish an online auction business and exceed maximum building limits for a rural occupation at 255 School Lane Road, Gap. Additionally, David F. Stoltzfus, Jr. is seeking a special exception and variance to exceed residential accessory building area and locate an addition within required setback at 5540 Buena Vista Road, Gap. Lastly, Lincoln Highway Rentals is requesting a special exception and variance to establish a heavy industrial use and include retail sales at 5004 Lincoln Hwy, Kinzer.
