Sauter Germany takes over Frankfurt's Rahmhof building management in 2026

Sauter Germany has taken over commercial property management for the listed Rahmhof building in Frankfurt's city center, effective January 2026.

The contract, awarded by Cilon GmbH—which acquired the property in 2025 on behalf of a German investor consortium—covers owner and tenant support, budget planning, ongoing financial reporting, and property accounting, the service provider announced in early March. Additional services include preparing ancillary cost statements, regular status meetings and site inspections, technical tenant support (including defect management), and handling insurance claims.

According to the company, the Rahmhof comprises seven above-ground and two basement levels, offering roughly 9,730 square meters of rental space for offices, administrative use, medical practices, and hospitality.
