Sergei Firstkov sworn in as Vyselkovsky District’s new official leader

A formal ceremony marked the appointment of Sergei Firstkov as the new head of the Vyselkovsky District administration. Yevgeny Chuprov, head of the Regional Security Directorate, presented the official certificate during an open session of the Municipal Council. The event included an oath-taking and expressions of gratitude from the newly appointed official.

Sergei Firstkov began his career in local governance in 2004, when he first became head of Vyselkovsky District. Born on June 3, 1960, in Samarkand, Uzbek SSR, he has since built a long record in public service. His latest appointment follows a formal inauguration, where he swore the oath of office before council members and attendees.

With the certificate now presented and the oath taken, Sergei Firstkov has officially assumed his duties. The appointment solidifies his return to a district he previously led nearly two decades ago. The Municipal Council’s open session provided a public platform for the official handover of responsibilities.
