Solingen’s Red Cross Launches Two-Week Community Outreach Drive
The American Red Cross (ARC) in Solingen is preparing for a two-week outreach campaign to engage local residents. From December 8 to December 20, trained ambassadors will visit homes across the city to explain the organization's work and encourage regular support. The initiative aims to strengthen the Red Cross's ability to respond where help is needed most.
The ARC Solingen District Association relies heavily on volunteers to deliver aid during emergencies. These include traffic accidents, natural disasters, and medical standby operations. Supporting members play a key role by funding training, equipment, and professional development for these volunteers.
The campaign runs until December 20, with ambassadors visiting neighborhoods throughout Solingen. All contributions, regardless of size, will directly support the Red Cross's emergency response and community aid efforts. Residents can also contact the association directly for more information about supporting membership.
