SPD Office Vandalized in Kassel: Thousands in Damage, Political Graffiti

An SPD party office in the lively city of Kassel was targeted in an early morning vandalism incident on Thursday. Window panes and a glass door were damaged, and graffiti related to the Middle East conflict was sprayed on the building. The incident occurred around 3:45 AM, with two men dressed in hoodies spotted approaching the party office. They caused thousands of euros in damage before fleeing the scene. The graffiti, which is believed to be politically motivated, has prompted the State Protection Department to take over the investigation. Witnesses are urged to come forward with any information, and can contact the North Hesse Police Headquarters at 0561-9100. The SPD party headquarters on Humboldtstraße in Kassel remains closed while the investigation continues. No arrests have been made at this time, and the identities of the suspects remain unknown.
