The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has opened applications for 25,487 Constable (GD) positions across various security forces. These roles include vacancies in the BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, SSF, and Assam Rifles. Candidates can apply online until December 31, 2025.
The recruitment drive covers multiple forces, with the largest share—14,595 posts—going to the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) follows with 5,490 vacancies, while the Border Security Force (BSF) offers 616 roles. Other openings include 1,764 for Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), 1,293 for Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), 1,706 for Assam Rifles, and 23 for Secretariat Security Force (SSF).
Applicants must have passed their Matriculation or 10th Class Examination by January 1, 2026. The application fee is set at Rs. 100, though women, SC, ST, and ex-servicemen (ESM) candidates are exempt. Payments can be made online via BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay. All submissions must be completed through the SSC’s official website, ssc.gov.in. The registration window will close on December 31, 2025, with no extensions expected.
