SSC reveals Stenographer CBT 2025 results with 31,000 qualifiers advancing

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the results of the Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Computer-Based Test (CBT) 2025. Over 31,000 candidates have now qualified for the next stage—the Stenography Skill Test. The CBT took place across multiple shifts on August 6, 7, 8, and 11. Due to the exam’s multi-shift format, candidate scores were normalized before finalizing the results. The SSC has published the merit list in PDF form on its official website, ssc.gov.in. The document includes the roll numbers and names of all shortlisted candidates. Only those meeting the cut-off marks will advance to the skill test. Minimum qualifying thresholds varied by category. General candidates (UR) needed 30%, while OBC and EWS required 25%. For SC, ST, PwD, ESM, and other reserved groups, the threshold was set at 20%. Qualified candidates can now prepare for the Stenography Skill Test. The next stage will determine final selections for the Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' positions. Further updates will be available on the SSC’s official portal.
