Stinges Bakery’s Next Chapter: A Family-Led Leadership Shift in 2026
Stinges Artisan Bakery has announced a change in leadership from January 1, 2026. Three family members—Carlotta Stinges-Smeetz, Fabio Stinges, and Christopher Nolan—will take over day-to-day operations. Each will oversee a key area of the business, bringing years of experience to their new roles.
Carlotta Stinges-Smeetz has led the bakery’s marketing division since 2016. In this time, she has played a central role in defining the brand’s identity and shaping its communications strategy.
Fabio Stinges has managed production since 2018. His work has focused on blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, ensuring the bakery’s products meet contemporary standards while staying true to its roots. Christopher Nolan became head of sales in 2022. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its retail network, strengthening its market presence. No details about his prior education or training have been made public. From 2026, the trio will split responsibilities clearly: marketing, production, and sales will each fall under one of their direct oversight roles.
The transition marks a structured shift in leadership for the bakery. Carlotta Stinges-Smeetz, Fabio Stinges, and Christopher Nolan will now guide the company’s future direction. Their combined experience in marketing, production, and sales forms the foundation of the new operational team.
